I partnered with Inmoo to provide a high-impact, 3-day UX audit of their manufacturing platform, focusing on resolving critical workflow bottlenecks and technical inconsistencies.
My analysis targeted the Quote-to-Position journey, identifying opportunities to reduce cognitive load through restructured information architecture and optimised MUI component logic. I delivered a strategic "Quick Wins" roadmap and low-fidelity wireframes, enabling the product team to prioritise high-value improvements that drive immediate user retention without requiring a total system overhaul.
